Students celebrated this week with a Showcase of Learning. We invited parents and family members to see us perform on stage.
The ArtSparks Ready, Spark, Kindergarten program is a 15 week dance and music program that supports kindergarten readiness skills. The program delivered yearly in partnership with GAR Foundation & APS PreK- 5 Essential Experiences. Dancers have been hard at work exploring dance, music, social- emotional, and academic content together all the while being challenged to reach their personal best. Dance and music instruction supports valuable classroom and life skills such as gross motor development, sequencing ability, rhyming skills, creative problem-solving, impulse control, persistence to a task, and so much more.
